Scope

Quantum Yield Partners Inc. (“Quantum Yield Partners,” “QYP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in connection with this website, which is an informational corporate website. It does not describe any product: Johnny, our personalized AI software, is not available to the public through this website, and Polybot is an internal system that is not offered to the public.

Information we receive

This website has no user accounts, no newsletters and no product interfaces. We receive personal information only when you choose to request Johnny early access or to contact us:

• If you request Johnny early access through the form on this website, we collect your first name, your email address, your country if you supply it, and your optional description of how you would use Johnny, together with the time of your submission and the status of your request.
• If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• If you book an introductory call, you do so on Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Calendly collects the details you enter there (such as your name, email address and any notes) under its own privacy policy and shares the booking with us.
• If you contact us on LinkedIn, that interaction is governed by LinkedIn’s privacy policy.

If you engage with us as a prospective investor or partner, additional information may be collected during communications, diligence or onboarding processes, and will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any agreement between us.

Technical information

This website is hosted by Vercel, whose systems process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of the request, in server logs. We use this information, where we have access to it, to operate the website and protect its integrity.

Analytics, performance measurement and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how this website is used and how it performs. These tools collect aggregated measurements such as page views, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and page-load performance metrics. They are used for site measurement only: we do not use them for advertising, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Vercel processes this information as our service provider under its own privacy terms. If we introduce other analytics or similar technologies in future, this Policy will be updated first. Third-party services you choose to use, such as Calendly or LinkedIn, may set their own cookies on their own pages.

Johnny early access requests

We use the information you submit through the early-access form to operate and manage the Johnny early-access waitlist, to evaluate early use cases, to contact you regarding Johnny early access and your request, and to prevent abuse and maintain the integrity of the service. Submitting a request does not create an account and does not guarantee access. This information is stored by Supabase, our database and infrastructure provider, on our behalf. When you submit a request, we send a confirmation email to the address you provided, and an internal notification to our team, through Resend, our transactional email provider. The early-access form does not collect wearable, health, biometric, location, conversation, prompt or memory data; it is a request to be contacted, not a use of Johnny.

What we do not collect through this website

Beyond the early-access request described above, this website does not collect wearable-device data, biometric or health data, location data, AI prompts, conversations, memories or any other data associated with using Johnny or Polybot. If Johnny or any other product becomes available to the public, a separate, product-specific privacy notice will describe what that product collects and how it is used.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Operate, maintain and secure the website
• Respond to inquiries and schedule and conduct calls
• Operate and manage Johnny early access, evaluate early use cases and contact you about your request
• Prevent abuse and maintain the integrity of the website and its forms
• Communicate with investors and hardware or software partners about the company, Johnny and our development plans
• Carry out investor or partner diligence and onboarding where you have engaged with us for that purpose
• Comply with legal obligations

Third-party service providers

We currently use the following providers in connection with this website:

• Vercel — website hosting, web analytics and performance measurement
• Supabase — the database and infrastructure that store Johnny early-access requests
• Resend — delivery of transactional early-access emails (your confirmation and our internal notification)
• Calendly — scheduling of introductory calls, on Calendly’s own pages
• LinkedIn — professional-network interactions, on LinkedIn’s platform

Vercel, Supabase and Resend process information on our behalf as service providers. Calendly and LinkedIn also operate their own platforms independently when you use them. Each provider acts under its own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.

Disclosure of information

We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, users, or operations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Retention

We keep Johnny early-access request data for as long as it is needed to operate and manage the waitlist and to communicate with you about early access, and as required by applicable law. We keep other correspondence and booking information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including any ongoing investor or partner relationship. When data is deleted from our systems, copies may remain for a limited period in the operational backups kept by our service providers before they are removed.

Your choices

You may contact us at any time at hello@quantumyieldpartners.com to ask what personal information we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, including deletion of your early-access request, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We will act on the data under our control, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements. Information you have provided directly to independent services such as LinkedIn or Calendly is held by those services under their own policies and should be managed with them. Rights available to you may depend on where you live.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended only for individuals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

International access

Quantum Yield Partners Inc. is a United States-based company. Information submitted to us may be processed within the United States. By using this site or contacting us, you acknowledge that data protections may differ from those in other jurisdictions.
