Quantum Yield Partners Inc. (“Quantum Yield Partners,” “QYP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in connection with this website, which is an informational corporate website. It does not describe any product: Johnny, our personalized AI software, is not available to the public through this website, and Polybot is an internal system that is not offered to the public.

Information we receive

This website has no user accounts, no newsletters and no product interfaces. We receive personal information only when you choose to request Johnny early access or to contact us:

• If you request Johnny early access through the form on this website, we collect your first name, your email address, your country if you supply it, and your optional description of how you would use Johnny, together with the time of your submission and the status of your request.
• If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• If you book an introductory call, you do so on Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Calendly collects the details you enter there (such as your name, email address and any notes) under its own privacy policy and shares the booking with us.
• If you contact us on LinkedIn, that interaction is governed by LinkedIn’s privacy policy.

If you engage with us as a prospective investor or partner, additional information may be collected during communications, diligence or onboarding processes, and will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any agreement between us.

Technical information

Like any website, this site is served by a hosting provider whose systems may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of the request, in server logs. We use this information, where we have access to it, to operate the website and protect its integrity.

Cookies and analytics

We do not currently set advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not use third-party tracking scripts on it. If we introduce analytics or similar technologies in future, this Policy will be updated first. Third-party services you choose to use, such as Calendly or LinkedIn, may set their own cookies on their own pages.

Johnny early access requests

We use the information you submit through the early-access form to operate and manage the Johnny early-access waitlist, to evaluate early use cases, to contact you regarding Johnny early access and your request, and to prevent abuse and maintain the integrity of the service. Submitting a request does not create an account and does not guarantee access. This information is stored using QYP’s database and infrastructure provider on our behalf. The early-access form does not collect wearable, health, biometric, location, conversation, prompt or memory data; it is a request to be contacted, not a use of Johnny.

What we do not collect through this website

Beyond the early-access request described above, this website does not collect wearable-device data, biometric or health data, location data, AI prompts, conversations, memories or any other data associated with using Johnny or Polybot. If Johnny or any other product becomes available to the public, a separate, product-specific privacy notice will describe what that product collects and how it is used.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Operate, maintain and secure the website
• Respond to inquiries and schedule and conduct calls
• Operate and manage Johnny early access, evaluate early use cases and contact you about your request
• Prevent abuse and maintain the integrity of the website and its forms
• Communicate with investors and hardware or software partners about the company, Johnny and our development plans
• Carry out investor or partner diligence and onboarding where you have engaged with us for that purpose
• Comply with legal obligations

Third-party services

We use third-party providers to host the website, to store early-access requests (our database and infrastructure provider), to schedule calls (Calendly) and to communicate (email and LinkedIn). These providers process limited information on our behalf or independently, under their respective terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

Disclosure of information

We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, users, or operations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Retention

We keep correspondence, booking information and early-access requests for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including any ongoing investor or partner relationship, and as required by applicable law.
