QYP began with treasury and yield operations across digital assets and broader capital portfolios. That work remains part of the company’s operating foundation while Personal AI becomes the primary development focus.
01Origin
Apr / 2025 — Delaware
Quantum Yield Partners was incorporated in Delaware in April 2025 as a company built around capital. Its first operations were digital-asset treasury and yield strategies, run alongside capital operations across BTC, cash, equities and ETFs.
Running that well required systems: monitoring, decision rules and execution discipline. The historical operating figures, and the milestones that followed, are on the Company page.
02Operating model
Rather than holding assets passively, capital moves through a rules-based system: income generation first, treasury accumulation second. The four parts, in summary.
01Deployment
Capital is allocated under predefined mandates across a yield engine, direct Bitcoin accumulation and operating reserves. The mandate, not market mood, sets the split.
02Generation
Strategies run under predefined risk parameters and exposure limits. Yield is variable, produced through structured, market-driven opportunities rather than a fixed rate.
03DistributionPhase I
In the first phase, yield distributions are made to participants, prioritising capital recovery while exposure to the underlying strategy is maintained.
04CompoundingPhase II
Once capital has been recovered, participation continues while Bitcoin accumulation expands the treasury balance sheet, aligning income with long-term asset growth.

Controls set in advance
Capital preservation is the first rule of the operation. Every part of the model runs inside controls that are set in advance and reviewed as conditions change. Four of them, in brief.
05Role in QYP
Digital-asset operations were QYP’s first business and its first proving ground. Operating treasury and yield strategies under mandates and risk parameters built the monitoring, decision rules and execution discipline the company still runs on. That is what the operating foundation means.
Those same systems were then pointed at prediction markets through Polybot, an internally operated prediction-market intelligence system, and from there at the person. Personal AI, with Johnny as the flagship direction, is now the company’s primary development focus.
The two activities are organised separately. Digital-asset operations continue under their own mandates and remain open to additional capital; they are separate from Johnny’s development, which is funded and organised at the company level.
